Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Eaglewing platform by merchants, their authorized users, and visitors. By registering for or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must provide accurate business, contact, and KYC information during registration. Accounts are subject to review and approval, and we may request additional information, suspend, or reject an application at our discretion where compliance requirements are not met.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

• Accurately declare shipment weight, dimensions, and contents on every booking.
• Not ship items listed in our Prohibited Items Policy or mislabel dangerous goods (see our Dangerous Goods Policy).
• Maintain a positive wallet balance or agreed credit limit to book shipments.
• Ensure recipient contact details are accurate to support successful delivery.

3. Rates & Billing

Shipping charges are calculated using the rate card applicable to your account at the time of booking, based on chargeable weight (the higher of dead weight and volumetric weight), zone, and selected courier. Charges may be revised if the courier-reported weight differs from the declared weight, subject to our weight dispute process.

4. COD Remittance

Cash-on-delivery amounts collected by courier partners are remitted to merchants after deduction of applicable shipping and COD handling charges, on the settlement cycle communicated at onboarding.

5. Liability

Our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the insured value where insurance was purchased, whichever is lower, and is subject to the courier partner's own terms of carriage.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or at either party's discretion with notice, subject to settlement of outstanding dues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
