Shipping Policy

Last updated: 21 Jul 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how shipments booked through Eaglewing are processed, priced, and delivered.

1. Chargeable Weight

Every shipment is charged on the higher of its dead (actual) weight and its volumetric weight, calculated as (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ Volumetric Divisor. The current divisor is published on your rate card and in your Pricing page.

2. Serviceable Areas

Serviceability — including pickup, delivery, COD, and same-day availability — varies by courier partner and pincode. Use our Serviceability Check tool before booking to confirm coverage for a specific route.

3. Pickup

Pickups are scheduled from the warehouse address selected at booking. Please ensure packages are ready, correctly labelled, and available at the scheduled pickup window — repeated missed pickups may result in automatic cancellation.

4. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. Where a delivery cannot be completed (Non-Delivery Report / NDR), we will notify you so you can update the address, reschedule, or authorize return to origin (RTO).

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates shown at booking are indicative, based on courier partner and zone, and are not guaranteed delivery commitments unless an SLA is separately agreed.

6. Packaging

Merchants are responsible for packaging that reasonably protects the contents in transit. Fragile, liquid, and temperature-sensitive items must be flagged at booking so appropriate handling instructions are passed to the courier partner.

7. Prohibited & Dangerous Goods

Shipments must comply with our Prohibited Items Policy and Dangerous Goods Policy. Non-compliant shipments may be held, returned, or disposed of in accordance with courier partner and regulatory requirements.
